Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a MEP Design Engineer. The MEP Design Engineer will design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Responsibilities include developing CAD drawings and models, performing load calculations and system sizing, preparing technical specifications, and supporting design reviews. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, responding to RFIs, and providing design inputs during feasibility, detailed design, and construction phases. The engineer will also assist in value engineering, design optimization, and quality control to deliver clear, buildable, and efficient solutions.
We are looking for an experienced MEP Design Engineer with expertise in HVAC design and drafting, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (PEC Registered)
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Design Engineer
Strong knowledge of:
HVAC Design
Plumbing Systems
Firefighting Systems
Familiarity with applicable codes and standards:
Codes
ASHRAE (Mandatory)
NFPA (Mandatory)
IPC (Mandatory)
Skills
AutoCAD (Mandatory)
HAP (Mandatory)
Revit (Preferred)
Salary
PKR 100,000 – 180,000
(Depending on experience and skills)
