Role Description
We are hiring Android/Linux Platform Engineers at the following experience levels:
Lead Engineer: 8–12 years
Senior Engineer: 5–8 years
Engineer: 3–5 years
These roles focus on Android/Linux platform development for automotive digital cockpit systems. Responsibilities include Embedded Linux and QNX BSP bring-up on ARM-based automotive SoCs, Android Automotive OS (AAOS) integration, middleware development, and device driver development.
Engineers will work on Vehicle HAL (VHAL), audio control, peripheral interfaces, and hypervisor integration, while improving system performance, memory usage, and boot time. Senior and lead engineers will also provide technical guidance and support platform architecture and integration decisions.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux and QNX BSP bring-up for ARM-based automotive SoCs.
Strong expertise in Android Automotive OS (AAOS) based digital cockpit projects.
Experience developing and integrating AAOS middleware, Vehicle HAL (VHAL), and audio control.
Experience developing and debugging device drivers involving V4L2, DRM, PCIe, USB, and CAN.
Experience with hypervisor integration in embedded or automotive platforms.
Strong skills in system performance profiling, memory optimization, and boot-time optimization.
Proficiency with Yocto Project, AOSP build systems, and CMake.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
For senior and lead positions, the ability to guide engineers and take ownership of complex platform development activities.
