Job Overview:
Are you an experienced sales professional looking to build your career in the interior design industry? Dearc Studio is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales to be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will be responsible for engaging with leads, understanding their requirements, qualifying their needs, and setting the stage for our design experts to convert them into successful projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada and English is MANDATORY.
Additional Language: Proficiency in Hindi is a strong requirement and highly beneficial.
Kannada Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Kannada is mandatory, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with Kannada-speaking clients.
Education: Minimum PUC completed.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in calling, pre-sales, tele-sales, business development, or a sales-driven environment.
Industry Preference: Prior experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Home Decor, or related industries is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Qualification: Respond to inbound leads promptly to understand their specific interior design requirements.
Customer Engagement: Conduct high-volume calling to explain our services with a professional and persuasive approach.
Requirement Gathering: Qualify client budgets, project requirements, and timelines for the design team.
Lead Management: Maintain accurate records using CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and MS Excel.
Appointment Scheduling: Drive interest and schedule qualified leads for successful design consultations.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Lead Conversion: Work closely with the sales and design teams to convert qualified leads into appointments and potential projects.
Competencies :
Sales Drive: A high-energy mindset with excellent phone etiquette and strong persuasion skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada and English.
Customer Handling: Ability to understand customer requirements and build strong relationships over the phone.
Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
Follow-up Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.
