Reporting directly to the International Inspections Manager, your mission will be to coordinate international inspections within the field of industrial safety.
Your mission
Ensure the effective management and coordination of the International Inspectors assigned to clients, ensuring the smooth delivery of contracted services, compliance with agreed commitments, and client satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities
Coordinate and organise inspections, ensuring proper planning and coordination with clients.
Manage, review, edit and send inspection reports and flash reports to clients, ensuring their quality and proper presentation.
Review and format reports prepared by Inspectors, ensuring consistency and quality of the documentation.
Manage and coordinate internal Inspectors and external personnel involved in the projects.
Support the search for and selection of new Inspectors internationally, according to project requirements.
Maintain regular communication with clients, responding to their needs and following up on the services provided.
Identify collaboration opportunities and support business development with assigned clients.
Manage and keep the IMT (Inspection Management Tool) up to date, ensuring its correct use and accurate information.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, a degree in Engineering. Other educational backgrounds will also be considered, such as a Higher Vocational Training qualification in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.). Candidates with relevant experience and other educational backgrounds will also be considered.
Fluent English is essential (ideally C1 level).
Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a similar position performing similar responsibilities, even if gained in sectors other than an OCA.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Availability for occasional travel (approximately 10%, mainly within Spain).
Experience in the transport, logistics or quality control in production processes sectors will be considered a plus.

Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Fridays from 8:30 am to 3:15 pm. Intensive working hours in July, August and on the days before public holidays.
