The WASH/IPC Technical Advisor provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure effective coordination, implementation, and monitoring of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) activities across the MCGL and RISE OVC project. The position serves as the primary coordination focal point among implementing partners, the Ministry of Health, provincial and district health authorities, donors, and other key stakeholders to ensure harmonized implementation, technical quality, and alignment with national policies and donor requirements.
