Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Kerala, India. The Service Engineer will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of MMM buggy equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing troubleshooting procedures, and providing timely field service and technical support to ensure minimal equipment downtime. The role involves preparing service reports, maintaining documentation, coordinating with the service team for spare parts and upgrades, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The Service Engineer will interact regularly with customers, providing clear communication on service status, training on equipment usage, and contributing to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for material handling and related equipment.
Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills for on-site customer operations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, service teams, and other stakeholders.
ITI, Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
Experience in industrial equipment, material handling systems, or automotive/electro-mechanical service is an advantage.
Ability to work in the field, travel within Kerala as required, and follow safety and quality compliance guidelines.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, use of diagnostic tools, and reading technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
