Fullstack Software Engineer (Fintech)

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications, internal dashboards, administrative platforms, and operational tools according to business and technical requirements.
Design and implement responsive, intuitive, and reliable frontend interfaces that provide a consistent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Translate UI/UX designs, business requirements, and functional specifications into clean, reusable, maintainable, and production-ready code.
Develop reusable frontend components, modules, and common UI elements to improve development efficiency and maintain consistency across applications.
Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs and ensure efficient communication between frontend and backend systems.
Handle API responses, validation, error handling, loading states, authentication states, and other frontend integration requirements appropriately.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with hands-on exposure to building, maintaining, and enhancing production-grade web applications.
Strong and practical knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, with a clear understanding of modern programming concepts, asynchronous programming, modular development, error handling, and application architecture.
Proven experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or equivalent frameworks, including component-based development, state management, routing, form handling, and responsive UI implementation.
Strong understanding of frontend development principles, including reusable components, responsive design, performance optimization, browser compatibility, client-side validation, and effective API integration.
Demonstrated experience in backend development and API development, with the ability to develop, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot server-side services and business logic.
