Technical Lead (Assistant Vice President)

Join Delta Capita's Report Hub engineering team and help drive the evolution of a market-leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions.
We're looking for experienced Technical Leads who combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability. You'll lead a cross-functional engineering squad, delivering strategic platform enhancements while ensuring the stability, performance and resilience of our production services.
What You'll Do
Lead the technical direction of a Change or Run squad.
Drive solution design, architecture and engineering best practices.
Deliver new regulatory, client and platform enhancements.
Act as the technical escalation point for complex production issues.
Champion cloud-native development, DevOps, automation and CI/CD.
Mentor engineers and help build a high-performing engineering culture.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Master, Architects, Infrastructure and Operations teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions.
What We're Looking For
8+ years' experience in software engineering, platform engineering or application development.
Experience leading engineering teams or serving as a senior technical lead.
Strong background in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems and enterprise application development.
Experience supporting both technology change and production environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
A passion for engineering excellence, continuous improvement and developing others.
