Urban Frame is looking for “Senior Architects” to be a part of our dynamic studio.
Experience – 7 to 10 Years
Location – Bengaluru
Job Description :
· Manage the design and delivery for a range of project types in a variety of settings
· Ensure project is aligned to the design goals of the Client and the strive for excellence in design
· Collaborate with team members & digital designers and all project stakeholders to initiate the design concepts and develop it to detailed level
· Lead the communication between the project team, clients, PMC, Contractors and consultants
· Ensure all work is carried out to the requirements of the client, with the design team and delivering a high quality and timely product to the client
· Anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues as they arise during the project
· Provide design and technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve design and technical challenges
· Undertake detailed design work on projects and ensure designs are validated
· Conduct periodic meetings with the Clients and Consultant to coordinate the project’s architectural needs and requirements
· Maintain and nurture existing client relationships
Qualification :
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture; master’s degree preferred.
· Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses.
· Demonstrable experience in large projects
· Experience in leading, managing and mentoring project teams
· Strong creative and visualization skills.
· Good interpersonal & presentation skills
· Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills.
