myBageecha is a startup and is fast turning out to be one of the few recognised in the garden sector & home decor space. Customer Care / Operation Executive is one of our most pivotal roles in the company. At myBageecha we pride ourselves on being always available for our customers, and this goes a long way of establishing a good relationship with them. We also need someone who can take care of our logistics for timely shipping.
Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate will be responsible for -
Daily Operation work for dispatching shipments
Checking for shipment delivery with Fedex
Handling customer queries on email and call
Coordinating with our vendors for shipping
Content and uploading new products for the website
Shipping for orders received on other websites such as Amazon, Pepperfry etc.
