Roles Summary :
Tender & Bid Management
• Interaction with client (meeting, presentation etc).
• Preparing and coordinating technical/ financial / feasibility studies for marine infrastructure projects.
• Estimation and Preparation of techno-commercial proposal.
• Monitoring the proposal from submission to award phase.
• Equipment’s and material procurement.
Existing Project Management
• Coordinate all billings/invoicing for projects with Site project Manager and project Head HP.
• Planning for future activities (resource management, staff allocation, etc.)
Upcoming Project Management
• Interaction with Client (meetings, presentation etc) for new project.
• Project Feasibility analysis.
• Responsible of all documentation including pre-bid correspondence, minutes, proposals, contracts etc.
• Skills Required:
Strong understanding of Tender & Bid Management processes.
Excellent client management and presentation skills.
Expertise in Business Development (BD) with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Strong marketing skills for brand positioning, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
Experience in handling Government clients, Government Departments, and Municipal Corporations, including coordination for tenders, bids, and project opportunities.
• Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Tendering within the Water, EPC, Marine or Infrastructure industry.
Proven track record in Tendering, Bid Management, Client Engagement, and Market Expansion.
