Associate Product Manager - Discovery/Analytics

About the Role
Tata CLiQ is looking for an Associate Product Manager to support and drive key initiatives across the Discovery experience - everything a customer sees and interacts with from the moment they land on the app or website (homepage, landing pages, category listing) through to the Product Detail Page (PDP). You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Tech, Category, Merchandising, and Design to improve how customers browse, discover, and evaluate products across Tata CLiQ Fashion and Tata CLiQ Luxury. You will contribute to the Discovery roadmap, track relevant KPIs, and support data-led improvements that drive engagement and conversion.
What You'll Own
Support product ownership and execution across the discovery journey: homepage, landing pages, category/listing pages, and product pages
Write clear PRDs and user stories that translate business and customer needs into buildable requirements
Create basic wireframes and define UX flows in collaboration with Design and the Senior Product Manager
Coordinate UAT, track defects, and support quality releases in partnership with QA and Engineering
Use analytics to identify funnel drop-offs, develop hypotheses, and recommend roadmap priorities
Support A/B tests and conduct post-launch analysis to measure impact and identify iterations
Coordinate with Marketing on campaign landing pages and on-site merchandising requirements
Work with Category and Merchandising teams to help surface the right assortment at the right time
Work with Tech/Engineering to clarify requirements, support scoping, and track feature delivery
Support the Analytics charter, including instrumentation, tracking, dashboards, and reporting requirements
Assist in defining measurement plans for the discovery journey and validate that events and metrics are tracked correctly
Prepare insights for stakeholders and support teams in interpreting data and defining tracking requirements for their initiatives
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of overall experience, including at least 1-2 years in product management or a closely related product role
Prior experience in e-commerce, quick-commerce (qcommerce), consumer internet, or a digital product environment is preferred
Strong proficiency with analytics tools; hands-on experience with Mixpanel is preferred
Experience writing PRDs or user stories, creating basic wireframes, and supporting UAT
Comfortable collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Tech, Category, Merchandising, and Design
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to drive clarity and alignment on requirements and priorities
Good to Have
Familiarity with tools like Rudderstack or similar CDPs
Understanding of SEO fundamentals as they relate to landing/category pages
Experience with personalization or recommendation-driven discovery features
