CyberZeel is a fast-growing digital content brand creating content around spirituality, Indian wisdom, mysticism, and self-exploration for a large online audience.
Our work spans YouTube long-form videos, Instagram Reels, short-form content, and other digital formats, with a strong focus on storytelling, visual quality, audience retention, and creating content that people genuinely want to watch.
We are building an in-house creative team in Vadodara and are looking for people who want to grow with the brand rather than simply execute edits from a brief.
Creativity, experimentation, attention to detail, and the ability to understand the emotion and intention behind a piece of content matter a lot to us.
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, in-house Video Editor to join CyberZeel in Vadodara.
You will work closely with Zeel and the creative team to turn raw footage and ideas into polished, high-retention videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
This is not just a cutting-and-trimming role.
We are looking for an editor who can understand pacing, storytelling, audience psychology, music, visuals, sound design, and retention — and use editing to make an idea more powerful.
Your day-to-day work may include:
Editing long-form YouTube videos
Editing Instagram Reels and short-form content
Finding and integrating relevant B-roll, images, graphics, archival footage, and visual references
Creating strong visual pacing without unnecessarily over-editing
Using music and sound design to support storytelling
Basic motion graphics, text animation, and visual effects
Color correction and grading
Working closely with the creative team on hooks, retention points, and storytelling
Organizing footage, project files, and media assets
Creating different formats and exports for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
Studying our existing content and continuously improving the editing style
Qualifications
Strong video editing skills using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional software
Strong understanding of YouTube and short-form editing
Good sense of pacing, timing, storytelling, and viewer retention
Ability to find the right B-roll and visual references rather than relying only on supplied footage
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and text animation
Understanding of sound design, music placement, color correction, and grading
Awareness of current YouTube, Instagram, and creator-content editing styles
Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and work collaboratively
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
A portfolio/showreel or examples of previous editing work are required
Previous experience working with creators, YouTube channels, podcasts, documentaries, or digital-first content is a plus

This is a full-time, on-site role in Vadodara.
We are specifically looking for someone who wants to become part of an in-house creative team and grow with the brand long-term.
A formal degree is not required. Your editing ability, creative sense, portfolio, and willingness to improve matter much more.
