Insurance/Sr. Insurance Advisor

You'll advise people on health and term cover, and help them buy the right policy. You're not cold calling. Users come to Zyra, run their Z-Score and already know their cover has gaps, so your job is to guide a decision rather than chase a stranger.
Responsibilities -
Advise honestly:
Understand the family, the budget and the gaps, then recommend the cover that actually fits, not the one that pays most.
Carry your number:
Own your pipeline and conversion, and hit your monthly target month after month.
Run great conversations:
Call, WhatsApp and follow up with real discipline, and keep the CRM clean so nothing slips.
Know the product cold:
Plans, features, exclusions, waiting periods and claim realities, so every answer you give is accurate.
Qualifications -
2+ years in sales, with a clear record of hitting targets consistently. A natural advisor. You listen first, explain simply and let people decide, which is exactly how Zyra wins trust. Strong on the phone. Fluent in Hindi and English, comfortable running a high volume of conversations every day. Driven by earnings and by growth. Uncapped incentives matter to you, and so does becoming genuinely great at this craft. Bonus: insurance, fintech, or high-velocity consumer or app sales. IRDAI certification helps, and we'll get you certified if you don't have it.
