The Role
This is an early-career role for an engineer who wants to grow fast. You will build real platform features alongside experienced engineers and work directly with company leadership, who bring deep M&A and private equity experience. You will learn how AI is applied to high-stakes financial work, and you will understand why each feature matters to the people using it. This role requires living in the Jacksonville area and working from our Jacksonville office For the first 90 days this will be an in office role then move to a hybrid work schedule if desired by the candidate.
What You Will Do
Build and ship full-stack features in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
Help build AI systems where every output is verified against source data and deterministic financial logic
Turn financial diligence workflows into reliable, auditable software
Build integrations and data pipelines that handle real-world financial data in every format
Hold a high bar for accuracy, because our clients make major decisions on our output
What You Bring
1+ year of professional experience building web applications in TypeScript and React (Next.js a plus)
Demonstrated experience building production-grade AI systems, including orchestration, evaluation, and output validation (LangGraph or comparable frameworks)
Experience with accounting system data or financial APIs
Coursework or experience in finance, accounting, M&A, or lending
Compensation
On-target earnings of $120,000: a $60,000 base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses tied to clear milestones designed to be achievable. Includes the opportunity to earn equity in a fast-growing business.
