Role Overview:
As the Visualizer/Senior Visualizer, you will bring alive the visual storytelling for one of the most loved restaurant brands in India. You will design visually stunning creative assets that inform, engage, and inspire – for both digital and mainline communication that are consistent with Barbeque Nation’s brand voice and visual language.
Key Responsibilities:
Design impactful visual assets for digital, mainline, and in-store marketing, including performance creatives, outlet collaterals, web banners, email templates, and other marketing communication.
Create high-quality design solutions using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma.
Understand brand tonality, language, and ensure its consistency across all touchpoints and platforms
Take ownership of the design process from concept to execution.
Collaborate with Social Media, Regional Marketing, Performance, Delivery and other cross-functional teams to craft design solutions that support business objectives.
Explore new design techniques and AI tools for speed and efficiency
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of design projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed art school.
5 to 9 years of professional experience in art direction, in a design or advertising agency, or in-house creative team.
A strong creative portfolio across formats (static, motion, social, print).
Experience in Food & Beverages, Hospitality or Restaurant brands.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and other relevant design tools and software.
Experience in using GenAI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and others.
Good knowledge and experience in digital, social media, and print design and production.
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory; with basic knowledge of UI/UX.
A collaborative spirit with openness to feedback and iteration.
Ability to work within a fast-paced work environment.
