Role Description As a Data Engineer at iAgami, you will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure that support analytics and business intelligence. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing ETL processes, developing and optimizing data models, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements. You will work closely with the development team to integrate data solutions into applications and reporting platforms, monitor performance, and troubleshoot data-related issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues at the development facility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Modeling and Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Analytics and interpreting data for business insights.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Experience with data pipeline tools or frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Spark, or similar).
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Snowflake or DataBricks certificate is mandatory.
