Role Overview
We are inviting applications from individuals passionate about working with neurodiverse children. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have some experience, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow under professional guidance in a supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 session with children at home
Implement therapy programs designed by our Clinical Head/BCBA
Collect session data and support documentation
Participate in structured training and observation
Collaborate with caregivers and the team for holistic support

Eligibility
Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
Freshers welcome – full fledge training provided
Prior exposure to ABA is an added advantage
Must be compassionate, committed, and eager to learn
Compensation
₹13,000-15,000/month (until probation period of 3 months)
Travel reimbursement provided for home sessions
Compensation growth based on performance and caseload
