Voor onze klant in de regio Brussel zoeken we momenteel een Project Manager binnen de financiële sector. In 2025 heeft de organisatie besloten een project te lanceren om de bedrijfscultuur te transformeren ter ondersteuning van de strategische ambities voor 2030. Je staat de Culture Strategic Lead bij in het succesvol ontwerpen, coördineren en implementeren van dit programma gedurende 2026-2027. De rol omvat een mix van projectopvolging, stakeholdermanagement en het faciliteren van change management trajecten. Er wordt een hybride werkomgeving verwacht waarbij je ongeveer 50% van de tijd op kantoor aanwezig bent.
