Project Manager

Role Description This full-time remote Project Manager role at PaintMarket.be is responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope, creating detailed project plans, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and managing resources across logistics and supply chains. The Project Manager monitors progress, identifies risks, implements corrective actions, and communicates status updates to leadership and partners. The role also involves coordinating expediting activities, organizing inspections, maintaining documentation, and continuously improving processes to support efficient project delivery in an online retail environment.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Knowledge of logistics management and supply chain processes to manage flows of goods and related activities.
Background in inspection and quality control to validate compliance with standards and project requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration software in a remote work setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
