Manager Human Resources Technology

Role Purpose
We are looking for a technology-oriented HR professional who is passionate about improving HR processes and employee experience through digital solutions. The role will support HR systems, drive process improvements, ensure data accuracy, and work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to enable effective use of HR technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve HR processes and user experience.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements, prepare BRDs, and support system enhancements.
• Support HR technology implementations, upgrades, system integrations, UAT, and rollout activities.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution, system improvements, project execution, and operational support.
• Manage HR systems including user access, configurations, data validation, reporting, and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with audit, governance, data privacy, and security requirements.
• Provide user training, develop user guides, and resolve employee and HR queries in a timely manner.
•Support day-to-day administration of HR technology platforms and maintain knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, and middleware concepts.
• Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations, legal agreements, renewals, and timely processing of vendor payments.

Experience & Qualifications
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
•5-6 years of experience in HR Technology
•Exposure to HRMS/HCM platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar solutions in HR function (Travel & expense, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning apps, Intranet Portal etc.)
•Strong knowledge of HRMS administration, UAT, data management and validation, reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and system integrations.
