Genuine Dining - Barista / General Assistant

As a Barista/GA, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional coffee and customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. You will take pride in crafting high-quality drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and building strong relationships with our customers. Main Responsibilities:
Serve customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
Build strong, friendly relationships with regular and new customers alike.
Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are delivered with a warm smile.
Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
Set up the coffee station with all necessary supplies and equipment for a successful shift.
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to company standards.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized coffee station throughout the day.
Clean and care for coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Supporting with orders of all coffee, cleaning ad disposable supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained
Assist in the preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
Keep counters, displays, and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy, and inviting for customers at all times.
Support your fellow team members—teamwork is essential to our success.
Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas of service when needed.
