Data Manager Efficiency

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a strategic productivity initiative within a leading pharmaceutical R&D environment. As a Data Manager – Efficiency Engine, you will contribute to improving operational efficiency, optimizing data workflows, and implementing automation solutions to accelerate project delivery within Research and Translational Medicine activities.
Key Responsabilities :
Support the deployment and operational management of the Efficiency Engine initiative.
Analyze and map existing processes to identify optimization opportunities.
Contribute to the redesign of Data Management activities and RACI models.
Develop and implement automation solutions to improve data capture and processing efficiency.
Monitor and manage operational tickets and support data management teams.
Design, calculate, and track performance KPIs and dashboards.
Produce documentation, test cases, reports, and presentation materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flows and operational performance.
Requirements
Master's degree in Data Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management.
Experience in scientific data standardization and qualification.
Strong skills in Python, SQL, and AI/LLM technologies.
Experience in process optimization, workflow analysis, and automation.
Knowledge of ticketing systems and KPI/dashboard development.
Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, preclinical research, or translational medicine is preferred.
Fluent French and English.
