Senior Automation Test Engineer | Global Enterprise Opportunity | Contract Position
We are hiring Senior Automation Test Engineers with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing for enterprise-scale digital transformation, application modernization, and quality engineering initiatives with leading global organizations.
The role offers the opportunity to work on modern automation frameworks, UI and API automation, microservices testing, CI/CD-driven quality processes, and large-scale enterprise applications.
We are open to strong Automation Engineers from different technology backgrounds, including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API Automation, Java, Python, C#, BDD, and modern Quality Engineering environments.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
Strong experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with API testing and automation using tools/frameworks such as Rest Assured, Postman, REST APIs, SOAP, or similar technologies.
Strong programming experience in at least one language such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience with SQL and database validation, including validating data across application and backend systems.
Experience with BDD and test automation frameworks, including Cucumber or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and system testing.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and working within Agile/DevOps environments.
Ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain reliable and scalable automation solutions.
What You Will Work On
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for enterprise applications.
Build and maintain UI, API, and integration automation across web and backend systems.
Develop automated tests for functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and microservices-based applications.
Validate APIs, databases, data flows, and downstream integrations.
Improve automation coverage, stability, maintainability, and execution efficiency.
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous quality practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects while working closely with development and engineering teams.
Contribute to test strategy, framework improvements, automation standards, and Quality Engineering practices.
Collaborate with development, product, architecture, QA, and business teams to improve overall software quality.
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following will be an advantage:
Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, Postman, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Performance Testing, Load Testing, Microservices Testing, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Automation, TestOps, Docker, or cloud-based testing environments.
