As our Lead Therapist, you will help provide and coordinate a high-quality, client-oriented therapy rehabilitation program. Every day you will monitor and coordinate daily schedules and order management, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, coordinate and review case management, train and orient staff, assist with timecard editing, maintain a safe, organized therapy environment, participate in quality assurance, and provide direct patient care within your licensure.
