As our Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership and guidance in coordination with executive and technical leadership.
Supervise, mentor, and support field service staff.
Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and administrative procedures (time sheets, expense reports, certifications, documentation).
Coordinate and monitor overall efficiency of field service operations.
Communicate schedule changes and service updates to customers and vendors.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience supervising technical or field service teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with construction materials testing calibration.
