About the Team
We are seeking a self-driven HR professional with the initiative and capability to understand business needs, analyze complex issues, and drive impactful solutions. As part of the HRBP team, you will support multiple business units (BUs) across Myntra.
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and support functions across assigned BUs to maintain a highly motivated, engaged workforce.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for key BUs, managing end-to-end lifecycle processes including hiring, performance management, and resource allocation.
Lead and implement new business-aligned HR programs in collaboration with BU leadership.
Manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives for all business teams.
Oversee new joiner onboarding and assimilation into assigned BUs.
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and lead investigations alongside business leadership.
Maintain employee MIS, manage exit processes, conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and publish actionable HR dashboards.
Drive engagement programs including Buddy/Mentoring frameworks, R&R execution, and leadership connects (e.g., Town Halls, Focus Group Discussions).
Manage end-to-end contract employee operations.
Process and validate monthly payroll inputs.
Execute employee lifecycle actions in SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS (e.g., exits, rewards, profile updates).
Handle ad-hoc HR operations, tracking, and data maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Experience
2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across various organizational levels to achieve strategic goals.
Solid business and HR acumen, backed by critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in MS Office (specifically Advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to optimize operational workflows is a strong advantage.
