The company works with brands, businesses, agencies and institutions to plan and execute impactful outdoor media campaigns across hoardings, billboards and other OOH media formats.
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Media Executive who can support business development, client coordination, media planning, site coordination and campaign execution.
Role Overview
The Sales & Media Executive will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential clients, understanding campaign requirements, sharing media options, coordinating proposals, following up for closures and supporting execution of outdoor media campaigns.
The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, basic understanding of media sales, good coordination ability and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients for outdoor advertising opportunities.
Generate leads through calls, market visits, references, agencies and local business networks.
Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, retailers, institutions, real estate companies, hospitality brands, education institutes and local businesses.
Understand client requirements and suggest relevant outdoor media options.
Follow up with prospects and support conversion of leads into confirmed campaigns.
Maintain a client pipeline and update lead status regularly.
Media Planning & Proposal Support
Coordinate media options based on client brief, location preference, campaign objective and budget.
Share available hoarding / media site details, images, rates, locations and specifications.
Prepare basic proposals, presentations, quotations and media plans.
Coordinate with internal teams for site availability, pricing and campaign feasibility.
Ensure all details shared with clients are accurate and updated.
Client Coordination
Act as a point of contact for assigned clients and prospects.
Handle client queries, follow-ups, approvals and documentation.
Coordinate artwork, material specifications, campaign dates and execution requirements.
Ensure timely communication with clients before, during and after campaign execution.
Support in payment follow-ups as required.
Campaign Execution Support
Coordinate internally for printing, mounting, installation and campaign timelines.
Track campaign start dates, end dates and execution status.
Share proof of execution / site photographs with clients.
Ensure campaign execution is aligned with approved media plan.
Flag any delays, site issues or execution concerns in advance.
Market & Competition Tracking
Stay updated on outdoor media sites, local market activity and competitor visibility.
Identify new client categories and potential business opportunities.
Track active outdoor campaigns in key areas.
Share market observations and leads with management regularly.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client meetings, calls and follow-ups.
Basic understanding of sales and client servicing.
Interest in media, advertising, branding and outdoor visibility.
Ability to prepare basic proposals and quotations.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple clients and campaign requirements.
