I’m Shaun Tadlaoui. I originate at NEXA Lending, and I’m looking for one or two producing LOs to work with me.
I don’t have a branch pyramid or a stack of assistants with titles. What I do have is a book I take pride in, reviews that are public for a reason, and a way of running files that I will not water down. Look me up before you message me. If that standard is not how you operate, we will not be a fit.
This is not a call center and not a recruiting contest. I want someone who already closes loans and wants a peer on the platform — someone to price with, talk a file through, and not disappear on.
You keep your name, your realtor relationships, and your clients. You get a broker panel that can compete, and you get me as a resource when a file gets ugly. NEXA is nationwide except New York and Massachusetts. Work from where you already live.
On a case-by-case basis, I personally share leads from my own network. That is me, not a NEXA lead program, not a draw, and not a promise. If you need company-generated leads to survive, this seat is the wrong seat.
What this looks like
You originate your own purchase and refinance business
We shop multiple lenders instead of one captive sheet
High-split / NEXA100 structure with no per-file junk fees, per the company plan
You can run deals by me instead of guessing alone
Recruiting other LOs is optional. I want you to close loans
Message me if
Active NMLS ID and at least one license outside NY and MA
You can send last-12 units and volume without a speech
You already have a channel (realtors, past clients, builders, professional network)
You care about how your name looks when a client Googles you after closing
