Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for someone to join our infrastructure team to help us with some routine and even some unique tasks from areas we do take care of, mostly:
- IT service administration and monitoring (we have jira, confluence, gitlab, google workspace and such, but also run a variety of opensource tools, mostly on debian servers, monitored by zabbix).
- Server HW and virtualization maintenance.
- Network administration.
- Internal IT (office wi-fi, asset management, user support).

- IT service administration, maintenancem, monitoring and improvement (both SaaS and running on-premise)
- Server HW and virtualization maintenance.
- Network administration.
- Internal IT (office wi-fi, asset management, user support).
- Incident and problem management.
🔎 We are looking for someone with:
- Communicative English and Czech.
- Good knowledge of Linux administration, preferably Debian or Ubuntu.
- General understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP and firewalls.
- Experience with virtualization.
- Basic understanding of physical server hardware and storage.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems systematically and independently.
- Some scripting or automation experience — Bash and/or Python is perfectly fine.
- Experience operating and maintaining production services.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical problems and processes.
- Willingness to learn technologies you have not worked with before.
🇨🇿 The work is located in Prague, Czech republic. Therefore we are looking for candidates located in this area.
