The Project Specialist – Project & Quality Assurance is responsible for supporting process and infrastructure requirements, coordinating project activities, and monitoring production processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely project deliveries, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams with project execution and reporting.

Manage project workbooks and documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Coordinate project activities and ensure timely deliveries across teams.
Monitor production processes and provide operational support to ensure smooth execution.
Secondary Responsibilities
Support infrastructure and process-related requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve project-related issues.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, process support, or quality assurance.
Skills and Attributes
Basic understanding of project management and operational workflows.
