Eduzone Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and become the internal point of contact for our marketing function.
This is a hands-on, people-facing role. Our specialist marketing execution is outsourced, so your job is to keep the entire marketing ecosystem connected: our internal teams, external marketing partners, Sales, events, content and management.
What you'll do
Marketing & Agency Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day communication with our outsourced marketing and creative partners.
Maintain the marketing calendar, campaign priorities and content pipeline.
Prepare briefs, share requirements, review deliverables and follow up on timelines.
Make sure our marketing partners understand Eduzone, our audience and our priorities.
Market Research & Trends
Conduct competitor research and track competitor campaigns, content and positioning.
Monitor education-sector, social media and marketing trends.
Identify new campaign, content, outreach and brand-awareness opportunities.
Share useful insights with management and the marketing team.
Content & Brand
Coordinate internal photoshoots, video shoots, student stories, testimonials and team content.
Identify interesting stories and activities within Eduzone that can become marketing content.
Coordinate employees, students, partners and leadership for content production.
Be comfortable appearing in selected videos, reels and brand content.
Events, PR & Outreach
Assist with planning and coordination of seminars, exhibitions, university events and other Eduzone activities.
Coordinate event-related marketing, photography, videography and promotional materials.
Support PR initiatives and brand visibility opportunities.
Assist with outreach activities involving students, universities and partners.
Marketing & Sales Coordination
Coordinate the capture and timely handoff of marketing-generated leads to the Sales/Admissions team.
Ensure leads are properly recorded and assigned.
Monitor lead handoffs and coordinate with Sales when required.
Collect feedback from Sales on lead quality and share insights with the marketing team.
Support Sales with relevant marketing materials and campaign information.
Who we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, events, PR or a related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Confident, energetic and comfortable working with different people.
Comfortable appearing on camera and representing a brand.
Good understanding of social media, content and basic digital marketing.
Curious and interested in competitor research, trends and market insights.
Highly organized, proactive and good at following things through.
Strong English communication. Malayalam is an advantage.
Experience in education, study abroad or service businesses is a plus, but not mandatory.
What success looks like
You will be successful in this role if you can keep people, agencies, content, events, leads and marketing activities moving in the right direction without needing to be chased.
You don't need to be an expert in everything. We need someone who is curious, proactive, organized, good with people and willing to take ownership.
