Job Summary
Responsible for manufacturing dies and sizing systems from print to production using both manual, CNC Wire EDM, and CNC milling machines.
Job Responsibilities
Adjust processes to ensure machines are running efficiently
Update time logs
Set-up and run wire EDM and/or CNC mills
Manufacture new parts for dies, sizers, and punch tooling etc.
Repair of damaged tooling
Repair of damage mechanical equipment for all departments
Work in a team atmosphere
Available to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Available to work overtime if needed
Maintain a neat and orderly work environment
Ability to operate manual machine shop equipment, lathes, surface grinders and mills.
Support production needs to maintain 24/7 schedule.
Job Requirements
Technical School Degree or Apprentice Certificate
Min. 4 years machine shop with CNC equipment experience
Manual Machine experience
Familiar with SolidWorks
Ability to program wire EDM and horizontal mills with DP Esprit software
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
