Guest House Manager

To be responsible for the opening and closing of the house at the start and end of a working week as well as daily if there are no overnight guests staying.
Diary management of bookings for overnight guests, meeting and functions including dinners, special events etc.
Full support of managing the on site team as well as H&S and Food Safety due diligence and processes. Guest House comprises of 8 bedrooms and 5 meeting rooms of varying sizes.
This is a grade 2 listed building and therefore requires regular walk arounds for maintenance and to liaise with both the Operations Manager and Client to ensure all tasks and compliance are taken care of in good time.
Background as a private guest house manager or boutique hotel manager
Understanding of guests service
