Purpose
Supporting observability platforms and monitoring solutions while analyzing operational data to drive actionable insights. Contributing to AI implementation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and system visibility.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Design, develop, test, implement and support ICT components and applications in order to deliver quality standard product portfolio.
Build and develop concepts, processes and methods for automation, optimization and standardization to satisfy efficiency and automation requirements.
Provide advice or information at request or at own initiative to all relevant employees or customers regarding technical aspects of products.
Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority.
Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
Consult and implement new innovative technologies to satisfy innovation strategy.
Create/review/maintain procedures and complex technical documentation to support IT service.
Provide expert advice, consultancy and support for internal/external customer & management.
Report and regularly communicate with project stakeholders and/or customer.
Deliver services/solutions in the agreed quality and quantity according to agreed requirements, contract and/or KPI’s.
Participate on Solution Designs and Architecture activities.
Serve as technical lead to assure delivery of the service.
Deliver effective training plans and concepts to train other employees and ensure their fulfillment .
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
Have experience with Data Analytics/Visualization for SAP Basis.
Understand and apply SAP Basis operational values and metrics.
Support the future development of Observability Dashboards (Grafana).
Translate operational data into actionable insights and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve monitoring and observability capabilities.
Possess expert-level knowledge of operating systems.
Have expert experience in networking.
Bring advanced experience in security.
Have advanced experience with programming languages.
Speak English at an advanced (C1) level
Speak German at an upper‑intermediate (B2) level - advantage
