We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about writing clean code, designing scalable architectures, and solving complex engineering challenges. You'll initially work across both front-end and back-end development, with the opportunity to gradually transition toward a stronger back-end focus as the product and team continue to evolve. Our modern web platform is used daily by thousands of users, and you'll play a key role in building reliable, scalable solutions that make a real impact. Please note: This position requires working during New York business hours and regular participation in meetings with our US-based team.
What You'll Do
Build clean, maintainable, and testable software following engineering best practices
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
Design and improve backend architecture and REST APIs
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
Contribute to improving engineering processes and overall code quality
About You:
Strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem
4+ years of commercial software development experience
Solid knowledge of Blazor
Strong experience building backend services and REST APIs
Experience with .NET MAUI is highly desirable, or the ability to quickly learn and become productive with it
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in distributed Agile teams
English level: C1 or higher, with the ability to confidently participate in technical interviews and communicate daily with US-based colleagues
