Project Manager cum Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive schedules, meetings, and priorities.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Drive projects from planning to completion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business updates.
• Use Claude, Gemini, Asana, and Canva to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Verify AI-generated content before sharing and ensure data accuracy.
• Support CRM development, website management, email campaigns, and operational systems.
• Analyse business data and provide actionable recommendations.
Required Skills
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, Gemini), Asana, and Canva.
• Ability to build systems, manage workflows, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail with a habit of verifying work and asking clarifying questions.
