We’re hiring: Senior Aerospace Design & CAE Lead
We’re looking for an experienced Aerospace CAE professional to join the engineering team at CX24 Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
This is not a role where we’re simply looking for someone who knows how to run an FEA model. We need someone who understands the engineering behind it; loads, boundary conditions, contacts, material behaviour, modelling assumptions, validation and, most importantly, how to interpret the results.
The person will work closely with our CTO and engineering team on aerospace and aero-engine programs, and will also be involved in customer technical discussions, design reviews and proposal development.

We’d particularly like to speak with people who have worked on areas such as:
Aerospace structural CAE / FEA
Static, modal and nonlinear analysis
Thermal-structural analysis
Stress and deformation assessment
Contact modelling
Design substantiation and engineering validation
Aero-engine / gas turbine components
Compressor, fan, casing, blisk/IBR or rotating structures
Hands-on experience with ANSYS, Abaqus or MSC Nastran is important. Experience with ANSA / HyperMesh and exposure to Siemens NX, CATIA or Creo would be useful as well.
Beyond tools, we’re looking for someone who has developed strong engineering judgement over the years. Someone who can review an analysis, question assumptions, guide engineers and confidently discuss the technical approach with a customer.
There is also an interesting element to this role: the person will work with our Physics-Based Modelling team to explore where conventional CAE workflows can be accelerated through predictive modelling, optimisation and reduced-order approaches.
