🚀 WE ARE HIRING: PRODUCTION SUPPORT ANALYST
Are you experienced in production support, SQL, Oracle databases, and application troubleshooting? Join our team and help support critical business applications by analyzing data, troubleshooting user-reported issues, and coordinating production activities.
🔹 What will you do?
Provide production support for business applications, analyzing and resolving user-reported issues.
Use SQL queries to investigate and validate data during issue analysis.
Work with Oracle databases, including database configuration and management.
Analyze server logs and troubleshoot application and infrastructure-related issues.
Use monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace to monitor system performance and create/optimize alerts and dashboards.
Support deployment and maintenance activities using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
Coordinate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and resolve production issues.
Track incidents, changes, requests, and problems following ITIL methodologies.
Support automation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve support processes.
Prepare periodic reports on issues, activities, and progress for management and business stakeholders.
Work with applications running in OpenShift, supporting defined deployment and maintenance activities.
🔹 What are we looking for?
3–8 years of experience in production support, application support, or a related technical support environment.
Strong SQL querying skills – MUST HAVE.
Experience working with Oracle databases.
Experience with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services.
Strong skills in monitoring, debugging, and log analysis.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar.
Exposure to Jenkins and GitHub for deployment and support activities.
Understanding of ITIL processes: incidents, changes, requests, and problems.
Strong communication and coordination skills with technical and business teams.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift is a plus.
DevOps experience is not required; exposure to DevOps tools is sufficient and training can be provided.
