The Suites Lead plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within our suites and catered areas. The Suites Lead is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of assigned suites while providing guidance and support to Suite Attendants throughout events. This position ensures suites are properly set, food and beverage service is executed accurately and efficiently, and guests receive courteous and personalized service throughout the event.
