Senior ServiceNow IRM Solution Architect / SME
Location: International/remote, work with CET hours.

Initial duration: 4 Months
Offsite daily Rates: Max 400 euro.
We are hiring an highly experienced IRM specialist, rather than a general ServiceNow consultant or developer. The key requirement is previous hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions end-to-end, with the ability to act as the solution authority for the project.
The profile should ideally have:
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations, particularly Risk Management and Policy & Compliance.
Ability to translate business/GRC requirements into the appropriate ServiceNow IRM architecture, data model, workflows and configuration.
Strong understanding of IRM best practices and a standard / out-of-the-box first approach.
Experience leading solution design workshops and advising clients on how requirements should be implemented in ServiceNow.
Experience with IRM dependencies/integration with CMDB and APM would be valuable.
Excellent English communication skills, as the person will have significant client-facing responsibility and will need to lead discussions with IAEA stakeholders.
ServiceNow IRM certifications and knowledge of ISO 27001, 27701 and 42001 would be a plus.
Priority in the selection process will be given to candidates who have proven IRM implementation expertise and strong English.
