About the Role
Elan Wall Covering deals in premium wall coverings, murals, and bespoke designs sourced from the USA, Europe, and Asia. We're looking for a Telecaller – Sales to generate and qualify leads, follow up with prospective clients (homeowners, interior designers, and businesses), and drive appointments/site visits that convert into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to generate leads
Handle inbound enquiry calls and respond promptly to WhatsApp/website leads
Explain product range (wall coverings, murals, bespoke designs) and pricing at a high level
Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and timeline
Schedule showroom visits / designer consultations for qualified leads
Maintain and update the CRM/lead tracker daily with call outcomes and follow-up status
Follow up consistently with warm leads until conversion or disqualification
Coordinate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads smoothly
Meet daily/weekly call and lead-qualification targets
Requirements
1–3 years of telecalling/telesales experience (interior design, home décor, or similar preferred but not mandatory)
Fluent in Hindi and English; Punjabi a plus
Clear, confident phone communication and active listening skills
Basic comfort with CRM tools / Excel / WhatsApp Business
Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
Female/Male candidates welcome; local Gurgaon/Sultanpur-area candidates preferred
