Role Description The Management Information System Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves preparing, maintaining, and updating MIS reports and dashboards to support management in monitoring performance, operations, and project status. Responsibilities include collecting and validating data from various departments, performing basic analysis, and presenting clear summaries and insights for decision-making. The Executive will manage information systems documentation, track key metrics, and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. The role also requires regular coordination with cross-functional teams, responding to ad hoc reporting requests, and assisting in process improvements related to information management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Systems.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and proven experience in MIS Reporting.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and presenting data clearly.
Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and basic data visualization tools is highly beneficial.
Attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets, and strong organizational skills are required.
A diploma or degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in an MIS or reporting-focused role within infrastructure, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
