VP of Product

Role Description The VP of Product is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Centrifuge’s product vision, strategy, and execution across the entire platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, business development, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products that serve asset managers, investors, and protocol participants. The VP of Product will conduct market and user research, analyze data, refine product positioning, and oversee product lifecycles from discovery through launch and iteration. The role also includes mentoring product managers, establishing best practices, and communicating product plans and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong product strategy and product management skills, with a track record of building and scaling complex technology products.
Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions, prioritize features, and measure product performance.
Proven cross-functional team leadership skills, including the ability to align engineering, design, marketing, and operations around shared goals.
Hands-on experience in product development, from discovery and requirements definition through launch and continuous improvement.
Background in fintech, blockchain, DeFi, or capital markets, ideally with exposure to real-world asset tokenization or institutional products.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing and mentoring product teams, establishing product processes, and operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
