JOB SUMMARY
As our company expands globally, navigating entry requirements and visa pathways is essential to delivering seamless international internship and study abroad experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented Global Visa Advisor to serve as our central subject matter expert on all visa-related inquiries.
You will act as the key Point of Contact for our Admissions team, researching visa feasibility for diverse student nationalities, providing clear guidance to incoming participants, managing visa processing, and assisting cross-functional teams with destination feasibility for new program proposals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform quick, accurate research on visa feasibility, requirements, and legal pathways for students of various nationalities applying to any of our program destinations.
Provide clear recommendations to Admissions on program acceptance based on students’ nationality, passport validity, and destination rules.
Create clear, tailored visa instruction guides for accepted students once they commit to their program.
Guide and support students through their visa application timeline to ensure timely document submissions.
Hands-on processing and document preparation for destinations where all participants require formal entry visas, adhering strictly to company guidelines and host country regulations.
Directly handle student-facing inquiries regarding entry regulations, supporting documents, and travel requirements with high-quality customer service.
Cross-departmental collaboration on new destination proposals by evaluating visa feasibility, risks, and entry regulations before programs launch.
Support Host Companies and regional placement teams by advising on employer-sponsored visas, hosting requirements, or local immigration compliance as needed.
Continuously update and maintain the company’s internal visa knowledge base, tracking changes in global travel advisories and immigration laws.

EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct experience working in a visa consultancy, travel agency, immigration firm, embassy, or international education environment.
Research & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze complex immigration laws, embassy requirements, and travel rules across multiple countries.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing legal documentation, application forms, and student credentials.
Student/Customer-Facing Experience: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude to support students through stressful processes.
Cross-Functional Team Player: Proactive willingness to collaborate with all departments that require visa support.
Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and adaptable when handling last-minute policy changes or complex international passport/visa cases.
