Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Expanding HR Team!
Due to our incredible growth, we are thrilled to be expanding our HR team. We're currently seeking a motivated recruiters to join us in bringing in top talent for our education and counseling operation teams. We need individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and driven to meet deadlines, with a passion for finding exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment, working closely with hiring managers to fill open positions. This includes hiring teachers for our hospital partnerships and contractors for our counseling services.
Collaborate with HR, Academic, and Counseling teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for our teachers, clinicians, and staff.
Innovate and expand our network within the education and healthcare/behavioral health industries.
Contribute to the development of our branding, marketing content, and social media outreach.
Help improve our recruitment and onboarding processes.
Contribute to the overall development and strategic planning of our talent development.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Preferred experience in recruiting within the education / mental health industry, but not required.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Ability to work under high-pressure situations.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High energy and strong work ethic.
Comfortable working remotely 100% of the time.
