Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards: Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as required.
Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities to ensure rooms are fully prepared and meet brand standards.
Manage housekeeping supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping cart, ensuring all required cleaning materials and amenities are readily available.
Deliver outstanding guest service: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay experience.
Handle waste disposal responsibly: Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with hotel procedures and cleanliness standards.
Report maintenance concerns: Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards within guest rooms and public areas.
Support team operations: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
