About the Role
Most marketing internships hand you a social calendar and a prayer. This one hands you a budget line, a dashboard, and a "go figure it out." We're a small team moving fast, which means the ceiling on what you can own is basically however far you can reach. If you ship something great in week two, it goes live in week two.
What you'll actually do
- Run experiments end to end - form a hypothesis, build the campaign or landing page or post, ship it, read the numbers, kill it or scale it. Repeat weekly.
- Paid - get your hands dirty in Google and Meta ads: creative, targeting, CAC, the whole funnel. You won't just "assist," you'll own tests.
- Organic and content - write things people actually want to read, turn our product wins into stories, and distribute them where devs and builders hang out.
- Analytics - live in the data. Attribution, cohorts, what's working and (more importantly) what's quietly wasting money. Own the "why did that number move" question.
- Vibe-code your own tools - prototype a landing page, spin up a scrappy internal dashboard, automate the boring stuff. We don't care if it's held together with duct tape and an LLM, we care that it works.
You'll fit right in if you
- Are a final-year student or recent grad (0-1 yr) who's a hungry generalist, not a specialist waiting to be told what to do.
- Are genuinely AI-fluent - you use LLMs the way the rest of us use Google, and you've got opinions about which model does what best.
- Can vibe-code your way to a working prototype. You don't need a CS degree, you need to be dangerous with an AI coding tool and unafraid of a terminal.
- Write like a human, not a press release.
- Have shipped something on your own - a project, a campaign, a newsletter, a side hustle, a chaotic-but-real growth hack. We want proof you make things, not just plans.
Bonus points (not dealbreakers)
- You've run ads before.
- You can make a chart and a joke with equal confidence.
- You've built or automated something with an LLM that made a real person's life easier.
- You lurk in the right dev/AI corners of the internet and know what's actually going viral vs. what's just LinkedIn noise.
