Role Description The Team Lead role at Krisha Communications is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalgaon. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of a project team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client work. This role involves coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and communicating updates and outcomes. The Team Lead will mentor team members, provide feedback, support training, and help resolve issues or bottlenecks. The role also includes contributing to planning, improving workflows, and supporting management in achieving project and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated team leadership skills, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and management.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges and maintain project quality.
Experience in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in an on-site environment in Jalgaon, with readiness to participate in in-person meetings and reviews.
Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
