Senior Amazon Account Manager - Seller Central for US Brands (US Shift)

Adella is hiring a Senior Amazon Account Manager. Remote, anywhere in India.
We're a US performance marketing agency based in Cedar Park, Texas, with a delivery team in India. Several of our clients sell on Amazon US, and we need one senior person who can run those accounts end to end. The whole account, not just the ads.
Hours: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday. This moves to 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM when US daylight saving ends in November. Our clients are in the US, and so are their problems.
What you'll own
Seller Central, end to end, for a small portfolio of US brands. That covers account health, policy warnings, appeals and reinstatements, and Seller Support cases that actually get resolved.
Catalog and listings. ASIN setup, variations and parent-child structure, flat files, suppressed and stranded listings, category and browse node problems, and Brand Registry.
Listings that convert. Titles, bullets, backend search terms, images, A+ and Premium A+, and the Brand Store, written for Amazon's search and for the shopper.
Advertising. Sponsored Products, Brands and Display: campaign structure, search term harvesting, negatives, bids, placements and budgets. You'll run it against TACoS and margin, not ACoS alone.
Inventory and FBA. Forecasting and replenishment, inbound shipments and placement fees, storage limits, and stranded and aged stock. FBM where it makes sense.
Pricing and the Buy Box. Coupons, deals, Prime Day and Q4 planning.
Reviews and brand protection. Vine, review requests, and dealing with hijackers and counterfeit sellers through Brand Registry.
Reporting and the client. Business Reports, Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance, turned into a monthly story the client can act on. That includes the honest conversation when a month goes badly.
You'll do this inside AdellaInsight, our own platform. It has an Amazon app for data, reporting and optimisation, so you'll be one of its heaviest users, and we want to hear where it falls short.
What we're looking for
5+ years running Amazon US Seller Central accounts yourself: the full account, not just the ad console
You've dealt with account health problems personally, and you've got a listing or an account reinstated
Amazon Ads at meaningful spend (tell us your largest monthly budget)
You think in margin: referral fees, FBA fees, storage, TACoS, and what's left after ads
Several brands at once, ideally at an agency, each with a different owner and a different problem
Written and spoken English that a US client trusts on a call and in email
Nice to have: Vendor Central (1P), Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Walmart Marketplace, Helium 10 / Jungle Scout / DataDive.
What this isn't
It isn't an ads-only PPC role, and it isn't a listing-writing role. If you've only run Sponsored Products while someone else owned the account, this won't fit. We want the person a client calls when the Buy Box disappears the week before Prime Day, and who already knows why.
What you get
